ADREC describes Madhmoun as Abu Dhabi's first verified MLS platform and emphasizes current, reliable property information. This changes customer expectations: repeated, conflicting or stale listings are no longer merely a content inconvenience; they weaken the platform's central trust proposition.
A brokerage or developer product should define its relationship to the verified market layer. It may present owned inventory, distribute approved listings, enrich a customer journey or manage leads, but it should not imply official verification without an authorized source.
Use stable identities and explicit listing states
Create separate records for property, unit, listing, advertiser and campaign. A property can exist when a listing is withdrawn; a listing can change advertiser; a campaign can expire while the underlying unit remains available elsewhere.
Use explicit states such as draft, submitted, verified, active, under offer, transacted, withdrawn and expired. Record the source event and effective time for each transition.

Choose the platform role before choosing features

Write the value exchange for every participant. If brokers provide inventory, explain how it is verified, updated and attributed. If customers provide personal data, explain how enquiries are routed and protected.

Prepare for integration without inventing access
Build an adapter boundary so the platform can receive an approved feed later without coupling the entire product to one schema. Keep source data, normalized data and editorial enrichment separate.
ADREC's public website includes an APIs navigation surface, but product teams must confirm current eligibility, contracts, documentation and production onboarding directly with ADREC. A public link is not evidence that a specific private company has access.
Launch with controlled supply and measurable freshness
A safe first release can use one developer, one brokerage group or one inventory segment with documented update responsibility. Measure time since last confirmation, duplicate rate, withdrawal latency, enquiry acceptance and customer-reported inaccuracies.
