Before we talk
Answers to the essential questions.
We can discuss the rest around your project.
Tell us who the product is for and which problem it solves. We help define features, priorities and the first stage. A detailed brief is not required for an initial conversation.
These are starting guides from the studio’s current website. The final cost depends on screens, features, integrations and design complexity. We agree on scope and an estimate before starting.
Yes: design, development from existing designs, an AI integration or improvements to an existing product. We first review your materials and technical constraints.
Rights to the deliverables and source files are transferred under the contract. Handover, access and third-party licences are discussed before work begins.
We agree on stages, deliverables and payments before starting. Acceptance criteria and payment terms are documented in the contract. Additional tasks are estimated separately.
Support and development can continue: monitoring, fixes and new features. The current studio website lists support from $600 per month. Scope and response times are agreed separately.

Experience your future apartment
before your first visit.
We are developing an interactive showroom for property developers, with a focus on realistic interiors. Explore the building, choose an apartment and try an early walkthrough. Visual quality and features continue to evolve.
Try the early demoInteractive demo · opens in a new tabProject objective
Visitors control their exploration: choose a floor, compare apartments and enter an interior. A connected journey takes them from the overall building to individual details.
The facade becomes navigation. Selecting a floor opens its three-dimensional layout.
Select an apartment on the plan and explore its area, rooms and interior features.
The current demo offers an approximately 200 m² apartment with room transitions, camera control and movement.
For property developers
We develop realistic digital interiors for property developers, conveying room proportions, materials, lighting and the atmosphere of a future home.
Interiors can connect to apartment selection in an interactive showroom. Buyers move from the facade and floor plan to exploring the space, then to a focused conversation with the sales team.
Detail level, rooms, walkthrough controls and integrations are agreed for each project.
What to prepare
A floor plan and an outline of the task are enough for a first conversation. If some materials are missing, we identify what needs to be created during preparation.
Floor and apartment plans, ceiling heights, window and door dimensions. PDF is suitable; DWG, IFC or an existing 3D model are useful if available.
An interior design package or visual references, palette, finishes, furniture and lighting. We clarify whether the presentation shows delivered finishes or a possible furnishing concept.
Facades, site plan, surroundings, floor and apartment numbering, areas and layout types. For a catalogue: availability statuses and how they will be updated.
Which apartments to show, what visitors can select and where enquiries should go. For integrations: CRM requirements and a technical contact.
Logo, brand colours, copy, languages and communication examples. We use materials the client has the rights to use.
Number of interiors and apartment types, target devices, presentation date and budget range. These inform milestones and acceptance criteria.
How we build
1. Preparation. Review source materials and define journeys, scenes and detail level.
2. Interior. Build geometry, materials and lighting. Agree on reference views.
3. Interaction. Add navigation, object selection and agreed actions.
4. Handover. Check the target devices and deliver the agreed package.
Choose a floor, open an apartment and explore the space.

The product in action
The prototype recording shows switching between floor plan and 3D, inspecting the timber frame, section views and camera angles. This makes spatial decisions easier to explore and discuss.
These are actual product screens. This demonstration does not establish the engineering readiness of calculations or construction documents.
What is Planora?
Planora is a web-based engineering platform in development for private house design. Its goal is to connect floor plans and 3D models with structural decisions, material schedules, cost estimates and documentation.
Our aim is to give homeowners and design teams a shared context: what has been designed, what it consists of and which source decisions produced the result.
The problem we address
Floor plans are drawn in one tool, structures calculated in another, materials counted in spreadsheets and drawings updated manually. When a wall or building dimension changes, versions can drift apart.
For homeowners, this creates uncertainty about materials and whether the estimate matches the latest design. For teams, it means repeated work, manual checks and the risk of missing a change affecting other parts of the project.
Planora is being built to connect this chain and make the origin of each result understandable and verifiable.
The floor plan becomes the starting point for structures and schedules. The goal is to preserve the link between a design change and its consequences.
Materials and quantities should derive from the model, so they can be checked and used in budget discussions.
Inputs, decisions and documentation should stay in a shared context for professional review.
Who it is for
Future homeowners — to work confidently with a floor plan and understand the scope of their future project.
Small design and construction teams — to reduce the gap between models, schedules and documentation.
Private developers — to discuss decisions and materials using agreed source data.
Current stage and development
Planora is currently an engineering prototype. The first development focus is to connect floor plans, frames, component layouts, schedules and drawings into one consistent workflow.
Other structural systems and building services are future directions. These belong to the roadmap, rather than a promise of features available today.
Prototype outputs are not approved construction documents. Calculations and documentation require professional review. NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION.
Roadmap
We develop the product in stages, from individual working tools to a connected engineering workflow. Implementation status and readiness for construction require different levels of verification.
A floor plan with wall dimensions and openings provides the project’s starting point. Shown in the interface recording.
Demonstrated in the prototype
Move from floor plan to 3D, inspect the frame, cut a section and change the camera angle. Explore the space from every side.
Demonstrated in the prototype
Beam calculation and 3D display are implemented. Checks apply within the supported scenario.
Implemented
The wall-component layout module is implemented. It forms the structure; whole-house structural verification remains ahead.
Implemented
Layout results connect to timber and fastener quantities displayed in the interface.
Implemented
We connect projects, calculation jobs, results and verified model layers. Code in development branches is undergoing integration and acceptance checks.
Already implemented in the calculation workflow
In development and review
A simple house, reproducible floor calculation, a check table and a preliminary sheet. Engineers review the results and discrepancies are corrected.
Planned work
Align models, schedules and drawing sheets. Verify normative sources and completeness, then complete professional review for document release.
Planned work
Expand structural systems and building services after validating the core workflow. Priorities will follow test results.

Technical profile / Implemented foundation
These are concrete development results. Calculation modules are supported by merged GitHub changes; interface features are also demonstrated in the supplied product recording.
The prototype demonstrates a house plan and a transition to a three-dimensional timber-frame representation.
Evidence: prototype recording dated 8 September 2026 and the merged beam visualisation module.
The calculation button triggers timber-beam selection and layout for a limited supported scenario.
Version scope: a single-storey rectangular outline with explicitly selected supports. Floor openings, the complete load path and connection design are outside this implementation slice.
A dedicated module generates platform timber framing from floor-plan data.
This module handles layout and quantities. Whole-frame strength verification is not performed. Normative brace placement and header sizing are deferred in this module.
Layout results become timber and fastener data available in the interface.
Prototype rules and parameters are explicitly labelled as product assumptions. The schedule does not certify connection strength; prices and commercial cost estimates are not established by this implementation slice.
Calculation modules are connected to server-side job processing and the user interface.
Wall-frame calculation integration was merged into the main branch on 28 July 2026.
Merged changes document checks across the server, web interface and Python calculation module.
These are recorded checks for merged changes. They do not replace a current whole-product audit or engineering acceptance of a house.
The merged wall-frame integration report dated 28 July 2026 lists:
These figures belong to a specific merged change and its GitHub report. They are not results of a new test run or the test count in the current working version.
Development branches are integrating projects, calculation jobs and verified model layers. The next goal is a reproducible path from an initial plan to a preliminary engineering sheet within a limited scenario. Construction documentation still requires professional review, normative completeness and document consistency.
Checked against GitHub on 12 September 2026: main branch, development branches and engineering beta plan. Interface recording: 8 September. Stages describe the development direction, without promised release dates.
